    The huge balcony provided a lovely spot to unwind after a day of touring. I couldn't get enough of how comfortable the bedding was.

    It was a nice place. The staff was nice, took good care of everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed the room in the adjacent bedroom. Its location near bars and restaurants was great. Convenience stores and shops were right next door. Had a such great stay here...

    location: the hotel was right by next rio lerma restaurants and metro subway. amicable and very friendly staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. the room we stayed in was impressive and spotless with a balcony and the bedroom and dining table.

    The apartment was impressively spacious with a big living area and a well-stocked kitchen. The windows let in nice light, and the location was perfect for exploring. The cleanliness of the carpets needs attention and customer service could be improved.

    Excellent position, a couple of blocks away from the Angel de la Independencia on Paseo de la Reforma and the nightlife district. We were very happy with the position above all else. It seems noone knows Rio Po in Mexico City so exlain it by saying between Rio Tiber and Rio Danubio. The staff of the hotel was very attentive and helpful especially organizing services such as booking taxis, etc, also bargaining an excellent price for us and double checking ahead of time to make sure the service was provided smoothly. Rooms are simply decorated in black which gives it a bit of a modern twist although you can tell it's still a budget option but these apartments have everything you need and a lot of space and comfort.

    A king size bed would have made the experience a bit better. I don't imagine two Americans sleeping in these beds as we had to adapt a bit with the limited space.

    The location is fantastic, close to the US embassy and numerous restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

    The furniture is worn and shows signs of neglect, which detracts from the overall comfort of the suite.

    The price is very cheap and the room was quite large. Additionally, the location is best for anything in Mexico City.

    A main problem was language. All stuffs has poor English skills.

    A few things were missing when I arrived: the coffee maker, coffee maker filters, ashtray...

    The location was perfect, just a block away from major attractions like the Angel monument and the USA embassy. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette, made it easy to prepare meals. I particularly loved having a huge tv and a comfortable sitting area to relax after a tiring day.

    The staff's response regarding parking could have been better. It was a bit sharp when I asked for access.

    Spacious rooms with great location

    The room was spacious and provided a comfortable environment for my stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and public transit. I did find the kitchen appliances to be in less-than-ideal condition .
